Project Management Experience:

  • Managing cross-functional teams with Sprint and Kanban frameworks
  • Running all scrum ceremonies including: daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and scrum of scrums
  • End-to-end management throughout full project life cycle, including accountability for: requirements gathering, definition of user stories, project and product roadmap development, project governance, resource and sprint planning, Agile deployment, budgets, and risk management
  • Delivering refinements to existing customer journeys and new feature developments
  • Engaging with and presenting to stakeholders and clients at Director level
  • Releasing multi-language digital projects and international localizations
  • Working remotely, internationally and on-site at both client and agency/supplier premises
  • Managing geographically disparate teams
  • Leading research and development into user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design across desktop and mobile devices
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external live workshop based user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Production and approval of all project documentation including: requirements, statements of work, Gantt chart project plans, feasibility assessments, delivery plans, prioritised requirements list, project status reports, user manuals and training documentation
